Ali Adams
Managing Director
Mr Ali Adams is the Managing Director of Liss Petroleum Ltd since its incorporation in 2016. He served in various capacities from 2007 when he came into the industry before assuming this position currently. He is a strategic thinker who navigates rightly within the complex Global Oil Trading space with companies like BP, Trafigura, Aramco and other regulatory stakeholders in Ghana such as Petroleum Commission, TOR, NPA, BDC’s GMA, GPHA and many others in the industry. He has gained and built extensive experience and strong networks in the industry. He holds Bsc. Business Administration from GIMPA, an HND Marketing from Accra Technical University and other certifications from international institutions and Energy conferences in North America and Gulf countries he attended.
Rev. Emmanuel K. Samlafo
General Manager
Has a strong background in Management, Marketing and Operations with detailed knowledge in import, distribution and retailing of petroleum products within West Africa. He has over 14 years industry experience with Shell Ghana and Mercy Oil in Ghana. He holds MBA-Financial Management and Bachelor of Arts combined Major in Accounting and Economics from University of Ghana Legon, Master of Arts in Religion and Human Values from University Of Cape Coast. Professional qualifications include IPMA (Paris School of Management) CMA (Chartered Institute of Administrators Ghana).
Maud Sena Agbevey
Fuel Sourcing Officer
Maud is a graduate from Ho Technical University and has been working with LISS Petroleum Ltd since its inception and has grown and learnt so much in the oil and gas sector by dent of hard work and passion to deliver. She has a great rapport and an infectious relationship with our suppliers and clients.
Isaac Narh Tetteh
Finance & Admin
As the Head of Finance and Administration, he holds a SME Masterclass Certificate from CEIBS, a BSc in Accounting from GIMPA, a Certificate in Computerized Accounting Systems (also from GIMPA), and a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Accra Technical University. His work experience includes roles at the Controller and Accountant General, Ghana Education Service, Talent Microfinance Limited, Yilo Star Microfinance Limited, and he currently works part-time as a Trade Finance Executive with EURO Exim Bank.
Rafiu Adam
Operations Manager
Rafiu holds a Bsc. Degree in Accounting from University of Ghana. He has worked with Oil marketing Companies like Top Oil, Maxx Energy and Frontier Oil in Various capacities. He is a goal oriented and passionate person with vast knowledge of the industry spanning over 15 years.
Kofi S. A. Dankyi
Liaison Officer
Kofi Dankyi Saka is a Bsc. Business Administration graduate from University of Ghana with a stint at National Petroleum Authority and Platon Oil Refinery in Ghana, where he gained industry knowledge in oil and gas space. He is a self motivated, very proficient and a passionate personality who brings his experience to establishing a strong professional relationship with the stakeholders of the company.
